Our Mission
AxisOrtho is dedicated to transforming orthopedic surgery through state-of-the-art additive manufacturing. We combine cutting-edge EOS metal 3D printing technology with rigorous quality standards to produce primary total knee and hip replacement implants that meet the highest international standards.
Our Facility
Our purpose-built facility in Hyderabad, Telangana, is equipped with the latest EOS M290-2 metal 3D printing systems, specifically configured for orthopedic implant production. From initial design through final finishing and quality control, every step is optimized for producing load-bearing implants that meet the demanding requirements of knee and hip arthroplasty.
We work exclusively with biocompatible materials—Ti-6Al-4V ELI (Grade 23 Titanium) and SS316L (316L Stainless Steel)—ensuring each implant delivers the mechanical properties and biocompatibility essential for successful long-term outcomes.
